1.1 Administering and judging is done by Pentaclick eSports organization
1.2 All disputing moments and moments that are not mentioned in rules are resolved by Pentaclick eSports managers. Manager resolution is final and cannot be escalated. If someone tries to prove that manager is wrong, he agrees with possibility to be disqualified in particular tournament or during all games season.
2.1 Only players that are registred for tournament and checked in can participate.
2.2 One person can not participate in tournament under two nicknames.
3. Pre-tournament preparation
3.1 Players access profile page via link, sent with registration email or just by logging in on the website. Depend from registration type.
3.2 Players must talk between each other only using chat system on profile page. Screenshots of talk from somewhere else won't be counted as official source.
3.3 Participant must not delay time between BO5 battles. Next deck must be picked ASAP and match must continue.
3.4 After the first game, if participant leaves the match lobby, or cancels the “game challenge”, or leaves the Hearthstone game client for any reason, it is considered as a match forfeiture. Opposing participant in this case must save a screenshot and upload it to chat via upload button or as a link to image source.
3.5 Changing cards in BO5 is prohibited. Decks can only be changed between BO5 matches.
3.6 Registration and check in is available right before tournament starts. Afterwards it is not possible.
3.7 Only one deck must be available from deck list when entering into the match lobby.
3.7.1 Opponents have rights to request screenshot of enemy participant deck list. Before BO5 starts.
3.7.2 In case 2 or more decks available for 1 class that opponent playing, they must be deactivated, by pulling one card from the deck and save it.
3.7.3 All duplicated decks must be marked with red cross.
4.1 Players must enter the game and invite each other by battle tag in the game.
4.2 Player must ban 1 of the 4 available opponent classes by clicking the icon of the class that he wish to ban.
4.3 Player that higher in the bracket must invite the player from the lower bracket.
4.4 In case there is a stream available by Pentaclick eSports manager/streamer. Players can be asked to allow spectate match without option to refuse. In case of refusal, player can be disqualified.
5.1 After appointed time, each player is given 15 minutes for preparations.
5.2 If player did not show up within 15 minutes, he will be disqualified and online player will advance further in the bracket. This will be checked and managed by tournament manager.
5.3 Pentaclick organization or managers are not responsible for incorrect timing calculation of the user or different time zones. Participants are responsible for calculation themselves.
6. Tournament Format & Match Format
6.1 Format of tournament is known as Single Elimination
6.2 Match format is "Conquest".
6.3 A player must win one game with each of his three decks to win the match.
6.4 When a player wins a game, the deck used by the winning player cannot be used afterwards till the end of BO5 match.
6.5 The losing player can keep the same deck used or switch to a different one of their choice (the one that didn't won before)
6.6 Because of Conquest Hearthstone match format, all games must be played as BO5
7.1 Each match must be verified by screenshot from a player. Where it is clearly seen what players participated in the match and who won/lost.
7.1.1 In case screenshot was not saved, player might demand a re-play of the matches that are not recorded by screenshot.
7.2 Winning player advance further in the bracket and losing player is kicked out of the tournament.
8. League points distribution
8.1 League Points will be distributed right after tournament finals.
8.2 This number of points will be given to winners
8.2.1 10 points for 1st place
8.2.2 7 points for 2nd place
8.2.3 6 points for 3rd place
8.2.4 5 points for 4th place
8.2.5 2 points for 5th - 8th places
8.2.6 1 point for 9th - 16th places
8.3 Every 3rd tournament points are increased by +2 for every prizing place. That means that after 3rd (+2 points), after 6th (+4 points) and on last tournament (+6 points).
9. Prizing of a tournament, League Points and Hearthstone World Championship Points
9.1 Prize money will be given out to winner of the tournament, after the tournament ended.
9.2 30 EUR will be given out as Prize from Pentaclick eSports to winner Paypal account.
9.3 League Points will be distribued to players after tournament ended in 48h.
9.4. Hearthstone World Championship Points (HWC Points) will be distributed by Activision Blizzard.
9.4.1 - 1st place - 3 points
9.4.2 - 2nd place - 2 points
9.4.3 - 3rd place - 1 point
9.4.4 - 4th place - 1 point
9.5 HWC Points will be distributed by Blizzard only if at least 32 people are going to participate in the tournament.
10. Additional information
10.1 Pentaclick eSports is eligible to change tournament rules in advance with notification to participants. Grammar changes are not considered as changes in rules.
10.2 By registering, participant confirms that he read and agreed with current rules.
